This policy explains how ImanFlo ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit imanflo.com, contact us, book a call, or receive text messages from us or from systems we run for our clients.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you write in a form or booking request.
• Booking details: the time you choose and the calendar invitation and video meeting link created for the call.
• Messages: the content of texts and emails you exchange with us.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and provide services you ask for.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, or you text or call a number we operate, you may receive conversational and service messages such as replies to your inquiry, booking details, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact form.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our telecom provider), and only for that purpose.

Systems we run for our clients

When we build a system for a business (for example, a missed-call text-back or AI receptionist), that business is responsible for its relationship with its own customers. We process those customers' information on the business's behalf, only to run the system. Questions about that data should go to the business you contacted. For healthcare clients, we sign the appropriate agreements before handling any protected health information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and our services, such as web hosting, email, calendar, video meeting, telecom, and AI providers. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.

Spam protection

Our contact and booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from bots. It checks basic signals from your browser when you use a form. It is not used for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as a session cookie for our private admin area. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and keeping sensitive credentials off the public web server. No method is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by sending a request through our contact form. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
