I started ImanFlo because I kept seeing the same thing. Good small businesses losing work to small gaps. A call that rang out during a job. A lead that waited until tomorrow. An owner up at night doing paperwork and reports by hand.
None of that needs a bigger team. Most of it can run on its own if someone sets it up right. That's what I do. I learn how your business works, find the repeat work, and build simple systems that handle it.
